Lowe’s Never Stop Improving Campaign

Lowe’s was losing market share from their much bigger rival, Home Depot. They asked us to differentiate the brand in the somewhat generic home improvement space. We created the Never Stop Improving campaign designed to speak to DIY creators at an emotional level. We also launched the MyLowe’s loyalty progran that stored all purchases for future DIY projects.

Never Stop Improving represented a whole new brand promise and internal rallying cry for Lowe’s, across the company… from the rear-door loading dock to the front-door greeter in every store.

Plant A Tweet social coupon campaign drove sales exceeding expectations. Guess this would be named “Plant an X” if we did this today.
